"Fuel" problem
The Chamber of Entrepreneurs has helped the Kazakhstani fuel company to return the goods and fulfill the obligations of contracts for 60 million tenge
The representatives of the company addressed to the Chamber for assistance after the officers of the office of economic investigation of the Regional State Revenue Department detained the rented by the company tanker. The car was carrying fuel oil, and the reason for the stop was the preventive measure to detect illegal transport of diesel fuel.
The officers of the Department officers placed the detained truck to the special paid parking, but they have not issued proper procedural documents and didn’t seal the drain cap. But, most importantly, the Kazakhstani Oil Company within ten days did not have an opportunity to take transport back to fulfill its contractual obligations in the amount of 60 million tenge.
"We studied the case right away together with the regional prosecutor's office. As a result, the actions of state revenue committe were declared illegal, and therefore they were instructed to return the goods to the owner of the vehicle. In this regard the perpetrators will be brought to disciplinary proceedings", - said the deputy director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kostanai region Samat Sadvakassov.
Earlier, the experts of the Chamber assisted two companies from Naurzum district and the regional center due to the fact of detention of the vehicles by employees of the transport inspectorate. The guilty officials will be brought to justice.
Since the beginning of the year 136 entrepreneurs addressed to the Regional Chamber to protect their rights and interests, 63 problematic issues were positively resolved, including 14 through their participation in court hearings
