Address of the President - as a "navigator" for business
Improvement of the business climate, attraction of investments and implementation of new business projects will allow to fulfill the tasks set by the President in his address to the nation.
This was stated by Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kostanai region Murat Abenov, speaking at an regional enlarged meeting during the discussion of the document.
He noted that the leader of the nation n his address drew particular attention to the creation of favorable conditions for investors and, in general, for the business community of the country.
"Reduction of administrative barriers for business is one of the priorities of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken". It is suffice to say that this year the experts of the regional Chamber revealed 69 administrative barriers in land and tax relations, the environment, traffic, turnover of petroleum products and other. 42 barriers were eliminated, and we continue to work in this direction ", - said Murat Abenov.
According to him, support to entrepreneurship, as the driver of the domestic economy, is set as a priority for the state. In response to the crisis of the past years, there have been developed programs, which proved to be effective later. Only with "Business Road Map - 2020" over the past five years, the region has approved more than 550 projects worth over 73 billion tenge. All of these are new jobs, new production facilities and additional revenue to the budget. The ultimate support of entrepreneurship enabled Kazakhstan to improve the position in the global rating Doing Business and move from 53rd to 41st place.
"In recent years, the number of employees in small and medium business of Kostanai region increased by more than 20%. The number of entrepreneurs grows as well. This year, more than 300 hundred people in the region who have received advice in business support centers, could take credit for the first time to open a business", - said Abenov.
He also noted that Kostanay has experience of work with foreign countries in training of staff, as mentioned the President. Since 2015, with the support of the Chamber, the area has became one of the three pilot projects of Kazakhstan, where future "farmers" and "mechatronics" are trained by German standards, in cooperation with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
"In general, over the past two years the number of companies participating in the dual system, has increased almost three-fold. Business is showing great interest in the issue of training of specialists for their own needs", - summed up the director of the Regional Chamber.
