A culinary expert from Canada Brian Fordham arrived to Kostanay region
The foreign expert was invited by heads of two companies for production of confectionery from Karabalyk and Zhitikara districts - LLP "Pishecombinat" and LLP "Dumdі". During the next few weeks, Brian will share with employees of the company secrets of culinary art. And he has a lot to share. Fordham has more than thirty years of experience in the most prestigious restaurants and hotels in Canada, he is the chef of the Canadian Federation of Chefs, the winner of prestigious competitions, in particular, the winner of the national title "Chief of the Year 1979".
Brian Fordham paid a visit within the component of the program "Business Road Map 2020" - "older seniors". For several years, it helps to attract highly qualified foreign specialists for the introduction of new management techniques, technologies, equipment and training of local enterprises.
"Expert assistance is directed to solve precisely specific problems of technical and organizational nature, faced by our entrepreneurs. CEOs were willing to take this step, invite experts from abroad, because their experience is very valuable, it is difficult to get on the ground alone. Entrepreneurs pay only for accommodation and food, the other costs of the expert are covered by the State. Brian Fordham will stay in Kostanay region until 10th of October", - said the expert of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kostanay region Aigul Esentemir.
