In each district of Aktobe region will be implemented the program “Bastau” on education of rural business
During his working trip to Aktobe region the Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken" Ablay Myrzakhmetov discussed with Berdybek Saparbayev a number of issues that will strengthen the development of rural business.
"The region has taken the most effective measures for the development of business, representatives of SMEs to make full use of the tools and mechanisms of state programs. Almost 60 thousand entrepreneurs are registered in the region, I think that their number will only increase. On our part we will do our best for the development of rural entrepreneurship", - said akim of the region during the meeting.
"Temir District in your region is included in a pilot project on teach residents of villages to the basics of starting and running a business “Bastau”. Our expectations have been met: more than 100 people were enrolled in the program, 44 candidates have already passed the selection. 15 projects on which we plan to allocate microcredit have been selected", - said in turn Ablay Myrzakhmetov.
The Chairman of NCE personally checked the progress of the project during his visit to Temir District.
The main objective of the program “Bastau” is to provide employment to population of the district by involving rural people in the business. The training program takes into account the needs of people with business initiative and budding entrepreneurs from rural areas.
Training of 160 residents of Temir District started on 14th of September in the village Shubarkuduk. Within a month, a business coach of international level Meder Amatov, who has worked in 25 countries, will introduce residents of the rural district on how to start a business or to expand an existing business with a program designed for hands-on training with real support for business projects. For more effective implementation of long-term training was conducted a test on the presence or absence of managerial skills and competencies for business. Of 160 people, who applied, 90 people were tested successfully. The participants of this program have already developed 15 projects related to the commencement of proceedings, the provision of services, the development of logistics.
Upon completion of training, the authors of the most successful business projects become, parties to concessional lending program (under 4%) from the microfinance organization "Atameken".
Ablay Myrzakhmetov got acquainted with each project applying for funding and also discussed with Temir entrepreneurs and members of the district Council of Entrepreneurs actual problems.
"The leadership of the region has a good understanding. The akim of the region considers that it necessary to implement the project in all districts of the region. I am sure that such well-coordinated work will give results", - concluded the Chairman of NCE.
