The representative of NCE – in the composition of the antimonopoly authority
Yuliya Yakupbaeva joined the Board of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of RK
The order on introduction of the Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken" Yuliya Yakupbaeva in the composition of the Management Board of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition signed by the Minister of MNE Kuandik Bishimbayev.
This decision was made in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", paragraph 21 of the Regulations on the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy, as well as the decision of absentee meeting of the Board of Directors of "Economic Research Institute".
The composition of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan also included Sergent Madiev, chairman of JSC "Economic Research Institute" Kanat Bilyalov, Deputy Director of the Department of the Economy Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan Sandugash Sadykova, acting chief of the department of analysis and methodology of the Committee for regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition of MNE of RK.
The Committee's main tasks are to support entrepreneurship, the development of competition, prevention and suppression of monopolistic activity and abuse of dominant position, control over the observance of antimonopoly legislation.
